- I have an A4000 040 with 12 mb of Fastram. I get
- segmentation faults rather frequently and wonder if
- others have had this problem? I am using 1.2.13pl9
- and have a 40mb swap file, which should be plentty big.
-
- I am also wondering what causes segmentation faults
- in general. Is this a kernel problem or a problem with
- lack of real ram? How much ram do I need to compile big
- packages, say the X11R6 distribution?
